The Texas Attorney General recently announced he was establishing a team “focused on aggressive enforcement of Texas privacy laws” and said the team was “poised to become among the largest in the country.” In this webinar, we will explore the privacy laws the team will be enforcing, including the new Texas Data Privacy and Security Act that went into effect in July, and we will look at the enforcement history and trends surrounding these laws, including the current focus on major technology and AI companies.
