Kyle Weldon, President

Kyle Weldon graduated from Texas A&M in 2011 with a Bachelors of Science in Animal Science, a Minor in Agricultural Economics, and a Certificate in Leadership Studies and Development from the School of Military Science.  In 2013, Kyle earned a Masters of Science in Animal Science from Texas A&M, with an emphasis in beef cattle nutrition.  While at A&M, Kyle was a proud member of Squadron Sixteen, the Ross Volunteer Company, and the O.R. Simpson Honor Society.

Kyle graduated with honors from the Texas A&M University School of Law in 2018.  He is an associate at James D. Bradbury, PLLC in Fort Worth, where his practice focuses primarily on agriculture, environmental, energy, and land use law. Kyle has significant experience in the agricultural industry and uses that knowledge to serve landowners, livestock producers, and financial institutions and lenders. He regularly assists landowners with real estate transactions and energy related agreements, including negotiating oil and gas leases, surface use agreements, pipeline and access easements, and agreements related to renewable energy development, such as wind and solar projects. Kyle also represents both land trust organizations and landowners in the negotiation of conservation easements, permanently protecting the conservation values of rural property. He has significant experience in state court litigation and has handled a diverse range of business and commercial disputes, including eminent domain matters.

Kyle has been a member of the TABA Board of Directors since 2016.  He is married to Allison, Class of ’12, and they are proud parents of two boys.
