Jessica Hanzlik, Treasurer

Jessica Hanzlik joined the Vanhemelrijck Law Offices, PC in June 2017 after several years as a staff attorney for the Chapter 13 Trustee.  Jessica previously represented mortgage lenders in consumer cases, debtors and creditors in commercial cases and now enjoys the nuances and complexity of representing Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 debtors.

Following graduation from Texas A&M University, Jessica attended South Texas College of Law, and prior to moving to San Antonio in 2009, Jessica practiced bankruptcy in the Southern District of Texas, was involved in the Houston Young Lawyers Association and Moller-Foltz Inns of Court. 

Jessica is currently involved in the Larry E. Kelly Inns of Court, the State Bar of Texas – Bankruptcy Law Section, the San Antonio Bankruptcy Bar Association, and the Texas Aggie Bar Association. Jessica (’03) and her husband, Jeremy (’97) spend time reading on the porch with their children.
